Download Festival is back! The 22nd edition is scheduled to take place from June 13 to 15 at the usual Donington Park in Leicestershire. Green Day, Sleep Token and Korn will be headlining the ‘mammoth rock event’ for the first time this year. Additional acts include Weezer, Spiritbox, McFly, Jimmy Eat World, The Darkness and Don Broco to name a few.

District X, the “festival within a festival” will also provide a diverse array of entertainment, ensuring there's something for everyone throughout the event. The Dutch Eurodance group Vengaboys are set to deliver a nostalgic headline performance, bringing their iconic hits to the festival. Dani Filth of Cradle of Filth, Aled Phillips from Kids In Glass Houses, and Liam Cormier of Cancer Bats will also deliver DJ sets throughout the weekend. The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins will also bring his YouTube podcast 'Justin Hawkins Rides Again' to the festival’s immersive area, making the live podcast debut for the Distrix X. Festival-goers can also participate in interactive quizzes themed around headliners like Green Day, Sleep Token, and Korn. Other activities include bingo, aerobics, sports events, and family-friendly performances from acts such as Slay Duggee and Rock Kids.
