HONEY REVENGE SHARE NEW SINGLE

Honey Revenge is back and bolder than ever with their latest single, ‘Hot Commodity.’ It’s a razor-sharp anthem fueled by self-assurance, tackling the irony of being ignored, right up until the moment everyone wants a piece of your spotlight.

“A ‘hot commodity’ refers to an asset that is currently in high demand, extremely popular, or highly valuable. It signifies something that is heavily sought after, often selling out quickly or being in short supply,” shares vocalist Devin Papadol. “There will always be people that want to take credit for your success, or say they’ve believed in you ‘since the beginning.’ The world will constantly try to force you into its molds and expectations, but it’s vital to be your most authentic self.”

It captures the grit of the "quiet years", the exhaustion of pouring your soul into a vision while the world around you stays silent. ‘Hot Commodity’ lives in the tension between late-night second-guessing and the relentless drive to move forward anyway, highlighting the jarring shift when the same people who misunderstood your hustle suddenly want to claim a seat at your table after the breakthrough.

As Papadol puts it: “‘Hot Commodity’ is about shamelessly being you no matter what. Being different is what makes you a hot commodity, and the people who don’t get it now will be the same ones applauding once you’ve made it.”
