LEAP RELEASE DEBUT ALBUM

LEAP have unveiled their debut album, Entropy, a whirlwind of rock ’n’ roll extremes and raw emotion. It’s a high-octane dance through the chaotic brilliance of frontman Jacky’s mind. Fusing heavy riffs and pounding rhythms with flashes of electronica and soaring pop hooks, the record is driven by Jacky’s distinctive vocals, which guide listeners through London’s gritty underbelly and his own battles with mental health. It’s the story of chasing, gaining, and ultimately losing the glittering Hollywood major-label dream, only to emerge with something far more powerful.
The past two years have marked a seismic shift for LEAP. With over 40,000 tickets sold across the UK and Europe, the band’s electrifying live shows have sparked a fiercely loyal international fanbase. Their first three EPs earned a wave of editorial acclaim, while support from BBC Radio 1, Rolling Stone, MTV, Virgin Radio, Flux FM, BBC Radio 6 and BBC Introducing has cemented their rising reputation. Now, as they gear up for their debut album, LEAP stand on the brink of undeniable status within the UK and Europe’s vibrant rock scene.
"It's impossible to explain what this means to us. Our debut album! It’s only been 2 years since we started touring and getting out to places all over Europe and meeting people. It’s gone so fast and we’re loving every second of it. We are so grateful that we’re able to keep it going. We’re a tiny team, it’s just us 4, plus mates basically, so everyone has put in outrageous levels of hustle." says the band. "To actually be releasing a debut album together, it’s so exciting and we just wanna get this music out to as many people as possible. The number of fans that have become part of this family and connected with the music on a proper emotional level, it’s the best feeling ever. It’s the most rewarding thing about all of this, seeing people get a break from their heads and just let go for an hour. That’s exactly what it is for us as well. So to be able to share that with new people and bigger crowds, we’re so gassed for it."
The band have also released the powerful ‘Do Or Die’, an emotive dark horse of the record that nearly didn’t make the cut. The track reflects the band’s unrelenting hustle and the bond of friendship forged through life as an independent act. At its core, it’s a testament to throwing everything on the line when you want something badly enough: “I’ll follow you blind, tell me how does it feel? Won’t leave you lonely on the battlefield.”
LEAP will be heading out for The Entropy Tour starting this October with support coming from Tally Spear.
