SLAYYYTER UNVEILS THIRD STUDIO ALBUM

Today, alt-pop disruptor Slayyyter officially unleashes her third studio album, WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA. Marking her debut with Columbia Records, the 14-track project is a ferocious, vulnerable, and high-octane evolution of the "gritty pop princess" persona that has earned her a cult global following.

Inspired by her upbringing in the suburbs of St. Louis, WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA blends the sleek maximalism of Y2K pop with the jagged edges of punk and electronic music. The album explores the "worst girl" archetype, a term of endearment from Slayyyter’s adolescence used to describe the messy, the insecure, and the unapologetic.

Produced by a powerhouse team including Austin Corona, Wyatt Bernard, and Valley Girl, the album is anchored by the hit singles "BEAT UP CHANEL$", "CANNIBALISM!", and the club-ready anthem "DANCE...".

The record transitions from the aggressive, rave-infused energy of "CRANK" to deeply personal moments like the closing track, "BRITTANY MURPHY." Named after the late actress, the finale is a stark, brutally honest meditation on mental health and fame, showcasing a level of songwriting depth that marks a new chapter for the artist.

Slayyyter is set to bring her electric live show to major stages this summer, with confirmed performances at Coachella, Governors Ball, and Lollapalooza. Following the festival circuit, she will embark on the WOR$T GIRL IN THE WORLD TOUR, kicking off September 3 in Vancouver and spanning three continents.

WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA is available now on all streaming platforms.
