SLEEP THEORY UNLEASH DEBUT ALBUM

American band Sleep Theory have released their debut album, Afterglow, today, May 16, 2025, via Epitaph Records. This marks a significant milestone for the Memphis-based rock band, known for blending alternative metal, hard rock, and nu-metal influences as it is their full-length debut album since their formation in 2019. The album was produced by David Cowell and mixed by Zakk Cervini, renowned for his work with Bring Me The Horizon and Bad Omens.

Afterglow showcases Sleep Theory's dynamic range, blending emotionally charged, anthemic rock in the vein of Linkin Park and Bring Me The Horizon with touches of pop and R&B, seamlessly shifting between crushing breakdowns and heartfelt ballads.

The outfit will be embarking on a North America tour next week for a month, with the final date on June 28, the opportunity for the band to perform the record for the first time live.
