ALBUM REVIEW: SEVEN BLOOD - LIFE IS JUST A PHASE (21/11/25)

There is something genuinely impressive about Seven Blood’s debut album, Life Is Just a Phase. For a band that have only been together a couple of years, you might expect flashes of brilliance wrapped in the looseness of a group still figuring out who they are. Instead, Seven Blood arrive with a record that feels fully formed: cohesive, confident, and bold in its willingness to stretch the edges of modern rock and metalcore.
