UNPEOPLE ANNOUNCE BIGGEST UK HEADLINE TOUR TO DATE

Following explosive main stage performances at Download Festival, Copenhell, and other major events, alongside capturing Best Breakthrough Live Artist at the Heavy Music Awards, unpeople are maintaining their rapid ascension with the announcement of their biggest headline tour to date.

Throughout January 2027, the band will embark on an eight-date journey across the UK, culminating in a landmark night at London’s Electric Ballroom on January 28th. This expansive run perfectly mirrors the soaring ambition of an outfit on the absolute cusp of a major mainstream breakthrough. Tickets are available now, following a pre-sale launch on Wednesday, July 15th at 10:00am, and the general sale opening on Friday, July 17th at 10:00am.

A seamless ability to connect across traditional boundaries and conjure a genuine communal spirit sits at the very heart of the band’s recently-announced debut album, we are unpeople, which is set for release on October 9th via SharpTone Records. Built upon massive choruses, intricate four-part vocal harmonies, and unabated heaviness, the record beautifully captures a band whose creative ambition is matched only by their fierce belief in the power of music to unite people.

Blending stadium-busting choruses with noughties Reuben-esque mega riffs and the stunningly unpredictable eccentricity of System Of A Down, the upcoming album is remarkably colourful and joyous, yet simultaneously aggressive and intense. It has already spawned a series of infectious tasters that include the singles ‘friends’, ‘clouds’, ‘the garden’, and ‘waste’.

Comprised of the formidable lineup of Jake Crawford, Luke Caley, Em Lodge, and Richard Rayner, unpeople have quickly established themselves as one of the UK's most exciting new alternative bands. They have rapidly earned a reputation for creating music that feels equally at home on the biggest rock stages and the heaviest festival bills. This unique crossover appeal has seen them fittingly described as the lightest band at Bloodstock, and the heaviest band at Kendal Calling, finding themselves effortlessly comfortable and embraced in both contrasting settings.

With Kerrang! hailing them as "one of alternative music's best new bands", their live credentials speak for themselves. They have already opened for Metallica in Vienna, shared prestigious bills with The Smashing Pumpkins and Coheed & Cambria, and drawn massive, captivated crowds at 2000trees.
