Pop-rock innovators Waterparks have unveiled the official music video for their latest single, ‘ANY MINUTE NOW,’ out now via BMG. The release arrives as the band closes out the U.S. leg of The Prowler Tour, which wraps next week with a final stop in Los Angeles on December 18.
Compiled from years of archival footage, both onstage and behind the scenes, the video serves as a living time capsule for Waterparks. Featuring candid moments, live performances, and never-before-seen clips, it delivers a chaotic yet introspective portrait of the band’s evolution. The release marks a reflective pause before Waterparks launch into their next era, with new music anticipated in 2026.

Speaking on ‘ANY MINUTE NOW,’ frontman Awsten Knight explains: “ANY MINUTE NOW is about the uncertainty of growing up. When you’re a kid, everything feels so confusing and overwhelming, but you think “when I’m older everything will make sense.” Then you’re a teenager and you’re like, “this is all bullshit, but everything will make sense when I’m an adult, the rest of this will be figured out.” Then you become an adult and you’re like, “Fuck, because I know to have even more questions now, things make even less sense.”
When you’re younger, it’s easy to look at people who have lived longer than you for a guiding light or a North Star to follow, but the comfort comes from learning that you’re not as far behind everyone else as it may feel sometimes. Even if it seems like people have their shit together, most people are just doing their best, one day at a time.
I think the idea is that even though you’re smarter than to assume anyone has all the answers, for some reason you, and everyone else continues looking for perfect resolution, validation, success, everything, waiting patiently saying “this will all make sense… any minute now.”
