ZOLITA ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM

Multi-talented singer, songwriter, filmmaker, and queer pop visionary Zolita has officially announced the upcoming release of her highly anticipated next studio album, HELL'S BELLES, which is scheduled to arrive on August 28. Operating as a brilliant, genre-bending concept record that is meticulously split into two entirely distinct sonic universes, the collection expertly balances the softer, more deeply romantic spirit of the "BELLES" side against the dark, intoxicatingly hedonistic pulse of the "HELL" side.

To celebrate this monumental announcement, Zolita has unleashed her gripping new single titled ‘HARDCORE,’ which follows hot on the heels of last month's successful debut of the album's title track and lead single, ‘Hell’s Belles.’

Serving as the definitive thesis statement for the entire album, that initial single, ‘Hell’s Belles,’ first introduced listeners to the central duality that runs deep throughout the DNA of the record. Seamlessly blending country and rock influences with Zolita's signature pop sensibilities, the track masterfully establishes the two opposing worlds that define the project: BELLES and HELL. The title track acts as a powerful declaration of intent, choosing to fully embrace contradiction rather than trying to resolve it. As Zolita explains, the album reflects "my split influences and dual nature as both an artist and a person. I am Hell, and I am Belle."

Where the introductory title track opened the door, the explosive energy of ‘HARDCORE’ completely kicks it off its hinges. Marking a stark transition into the album's much darker second half, this brand-new track effectively captures what Zolita describes as "the moment the album flips, when Belle transforms into her more hedonistic alter ego." Happily trading romance for pure impulse and emotional vulnerability for raw desire, ‘HARDCORE’ plunges headfirst into a gritty electro-pop landscape fueled entirely by base instinct, power, and temptation.

The arrival of ‘HARDCORE’ significantly expands the album's overarching sonic universe while reinforcing its core themes of intense personal transformation and fearless self-reinvention. When experienced together, ‘Hell’s Belles’ and ‘HARDCORE’ offer a fascinating and comprehensive glimpse into the two defining identities that anchor the collection.

More than anything else, HELL'S BELLES stands as an album completely dedicated to the art of embracing contradiction. It is an uncompromising record that flatly refuses to choose between softness and power, vulnerability and confidence, or guitar-driven romance and club-ready catharsis. Instead of compromising, Zolita chooses to fully inhabit every single version of herself.
