Following the announcement of their upcoming album Silver Bleeds the Black Sun…, due out 3 October via Run For Cover Records, AFI have unveiled a new track titled ‘Holy Visions.’ The song arrives alongside a visually striking video directed by Gilbert Trejo, featuring the band immersed in a wash of pink and blue light.

Silver Bleeds the Black Sun… will be AFI’s twelfth studio album and includes the previously released single ‘Behind the Clock,’ which also debuted with a Trejo-directed video.

Speaking about the video, vocalist Davey Havok shares: “Getting to work with Gilbert on two videos was a joy. ‘Holy Visions’ is the perfect visual sublimation of the song.”

For over three decades, AFI has thrived in a near-constant state of reinvention. To celebrate the release of Silver Bleeds the Black Sun…, AFI will embark on a 24-date North American headline tour with special guests TR/ST, kicking off September 30th in Madison, WI. The run will include stops in major cities like Chicago, Brooklyn, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, and Denver, before wrapping up November 5th in San Diego, CA. Marking their first full-scale tour since 2021’s Bodies, the shows promise a career-spanning setlist and the kind of electrifying performance only AFI can deliver.
