COMASTATIC RELEASE NEW SINGLE FEATURING POINT NORTH

Swiss rock breakout Comastatic, newly signed to Hopeless Records, have unleashed their scorching new single, ‘PRIMITIVE’, featuring Point North.

Packed with raw energy and emotional depth, ‘PRIMITIVE’ showcases Comastatic’s fearless approach to confronting life’s toughest challenges. The collaboration with Point North adds an extra layer of intensity and melodic power, merging Comastatic’s gritty Swiss rock drive with Point North’s signature emotive and anthemic sound.

Reflecting on the track, the band share: “Primitive is a voice for anyone facing the fight of their life. Whether it’s illness, trauma, or watching someone you love go through it. It captures the chaos, the exhaustion, the numbness, and the raw hope that somehow survives underneath it all. This song speaks to the ones who’ve felt powerless, poisoned, or broken and still found something worth holding on to.”

Comastatic is an alternative rock duo from Zurich, Switzerland, formed in 2022 by singer Mattia Di Paolo and guitarist Jules. Their music captures the feeling of watching the world unravel while feeling powerless to change it - a delicate balance between chaos and vulnerability.

Starting with nothing but a dream, Comastatic forged a vision that gives voice to anyone caught in life’s relentless motion. In pursuit of their sound, the duo traveled over 6,000 miles to Los Angeles to collaborate with renowned producers Stevie Knight (Stand Atlantic, Yours Truly), Jon Lundin (Fever333, Point North), and Matt Malpass (Blink-182), before officially launching Comastatic in May 2023.

After signing with Hopeless Records in 2024, Comastatic are charging forward with unstoppable momentum, blending raw emotion and fierce energy as they carve their path to the top.
