FLORENCE + THE MACHINE RELEASES NEW ALBUM

Florence Welch - known to the world as Florence + The Machine - returns today with her highly anticipated sixth studio album, Everybody Scream.
Written and produced over the past two years alongside a close circle of collaborators including Mark Bowen of IDLES, Aaron Dessner, Mitski, Danny L. Harle, and Dave Bayley of Glass Animals, the record features the electrifying title track, ‘One of the Greats,’ and the spellbinding ‘Sympathy Magic,’ all of which have been met with widespread critical acclaim.
In a recent Guardian profile, the publication praised Everybody Scream as “extraordinary” and “excoriating,” calling it “as strange, uncompromising and brutal as she has ever been. It will be released on Halloween, and no wonder, it is full of witchcraft and fury.”
Following lifesaving surgery during the Dance Fever tour, Florence’s recovery led her deep into themes of spiritual mysticism, witchcraft, and folk horror. The album confronts the limits of the body and the meaning of being “healed,” traversing womanhood, partnership, aging, and mortality, revealing the uncanny and the sacred within the everyday.
Florence + The Machine will embark on a major European and North American tour in 2026, kicking off next April. Highlights include performances at New York’s Madison Square Garden, two nights at London’s O2 Arena, the Accord Arena in Paris, and Krakow’s Tauron Arena. Paris Paloma will open across eighteen dates of the Everybody Scream tour, with Rachel Chinouriri, Sofia Isella, CMAT, and Mannequin Pussy supporting on select shows. Full tour dates are available on the official Florence + The Machine website.
Across her acclaimed discography - Lungs (2009), Ceremonials (2011), How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful (2015), High As Hope (2018), and Dance Fever (2022) - Florence Welch has solidified her place as one of the defining artists of her generation. With multiple U.S. and U.K. #1 albums, countless awards, and a legendary live presence, she has captivated audiences worldwide, performing alongside icons such as The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift. In addition to her music, she is the author of Useless Magic, a collection of lyrics, poetry, and drawings.
