Sydney alt-rockers Melrose Avenue have made a striking return with their latest single, ‘Taste,’ released via Hopeless Records. The track signals a daring evolution for the group, venturing into darker, more provocative sonic territory and capturing the band at their most unapologetic and fearless.
Vocalist Vlado Saric explains that ‘Taste’ represents a deliberate shift in the band's identity: “Taste marks the next phase of Melrose Avenue stepping out of the light and letting our darker inhibitions take over - it’s about freedom, the right to be sexual, to be desired, and to desire. We felt our fanbase was ready for this side of us, and we wanted to give them exactly that”
Following the massive success of their sold-out debut run through the UK and Europe in November 2025, Melrose Avenue are officially returning to the road this summer. The newly announced tour spans across the UK and Europe, cementing their status as a rising force on the international circuit.
