ROYEL OTIS RETURN WITH NEW SINGLE

Australian duo Royel Otis have released a brand new song titled ‘say something’, the third single from their sophomore album, set for release on 22 August via OURNESS/Capitol/Island Records. Co-written with Billy Walsh (Post Malone, The Weeknd) and produced by Omer Fedi (Lil Nas X, The Kid LAROI), the song pairs emotionally vulnerable lyrics with dynamic.

‘‘This is a song about unspoken words.” said the band.

‘say something’ follows the runaway success of ‘moody’, which held the No.1 spot on Billboard’s Adult Alternative Airplay chart for two weeks - making Royel Otis the first new act this year to top the Triple A format. Their recent single ‘car’ also debuted as BBC Radio 1’s Hottest Record.

Building a reputation for their infectious sound and magnetic live performances, Royel Otis recently sold out two nights at West Hollywood’s Troubadour, treating fans to unreleased music and signaling the dawn of a new era.

Currently sweeping major international festivals - including Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and Reading & Leeds - the band is gearing up for their ‘meet me in the car’ tour, kicking off August 5 in Seattle. The tour will take them across North America, Australia (with a headline date at Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena), and Europe through the fall.
