German-based alternative outfit Seven Blood have unveiled their haunting new single, ‘Strangers’. The track is the latest preview from the band’s forthcoming debut album, Life Is Just A Phase, due for release on 21 November 2025. Pre-order/pre-save here.
Strangers is an atmospheric, brooding exploration of the turbulent emotions that accompany fractured relationships. Layered with reverb-soaked melodies, explosive choruses, and some of the band’s most evocative vocal performances to date, the song underlines both the weight of heartbreak and the necessity of self-care.
Speaking about the track, vocalist Azaria Nasiri explains: "For me, 'Strangers' is about that moment you catch yourself and realise, 'Wow, I’ve totally lost who I am because I was so focused on saving someone else.' It’s about that draining cycle of giving and giving in a toxic relationship until your own needs just don’t exist anymore.
"The song’s really about taking yourself back. It’s about making that hard choice to walk away and go back to being strangers. Not just with them, but with the version of you who carried all their stuff. It’s an act of self-love, and a way of finding your way back home to yourself."
The new single follows a string of releases including ‘Cold Eyes’, ‘No Breakout’, ‘To The Unknown’, ‘Monsters’, ‘As We Bleed’, the cathartic ‘House ≠ Home’, and their debut track ‘Killing From The Inside’ - all available to stream now.
