Following their standout performance at Download Festival this past weekend, British prog-metal pioneers SIKTH have announced two exclusive shows to mark the 20th anniversary of their seminal sophomore album, Death Of A Dead Day. Set for February 2026, the band will take the stage at Manchester’s Academy 2 and London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town, reuniting their classic lineup - Mikee Goodman (vocals), Justin Hill (vocals), Dan Weller (guitar), Graham Pinney (guitar), James Leach (bass), and Dan Foord (drums) - to perform the album in full. Special guests HERIOT will provide support.

Speaking on the shows, Goodman shares: “We are excited to perform Death of a Dead Day on its 20th anniversary, with Justin Hill singing this album live for the first time ever, alongside myself and the rest of the band. We’re looking forward to playing it in its entirety. Also, for those who may not know — Justin Hill is back in the band. He is, and we’re planning to get busier from next year onwards.”

Originally released on 6 June 2006 (06/06/06), Death Of A Dead Day quickly cemented SIKTH’s reputation as one of the most innovative and boundary-pushing forces in heavy music. Packed with fan favourites such as ‘Bland Street Bloom,’ ‘Flogging the Horses,’ and ‘Sanguine Seas of Bigotry,’ the album became a landmark in progressive metal.

Tickets will go on general sale from 10am BST on 20 June here.
