MEGADETH’s frontman Dave Mustaine announced via a personal message to his global fanbase and the Cyber Army that the band’s upcoming album - set for release early next year - will be the final studio album of his career. Delivering the news through his iconic alter ego, Vic Rattlehead, Mustaine also confirmed that MEGADETH will launch a worldwide farewell tour beginning in 2026. In addition, a new memoir from Mustaine is scheduled for release next year, with more details to be unveiled in the coming months.
