Grammy-nominated metal band I Prevail has announced their fourth studio album titled Violent Nature, set for release 19 September 2025 via Fearless Records. Produced by the band’s bass player Jon Eberhard, the new record boasts a total of ten hard-hitting tracks. They also released their third single off the record, “Rain” with an accompanying music video.
‘Rain’ is a powerful and emotionally resonant track that highlights the band’s skill in blending raw intensity with heartfelt vulnerability. It strikes a balance between aggression and catharsis, delving into the heaviness of suffering and the liberation that follows release. The song sets the stage for the rest of the album - a collection that pushes deeper into darker, more intense territory than ever before.
Frontman Eric Vanlerberghe on the new track: “Rain was one of the first songs we wrote for the record. As time went along and more songs started filling up the tracklist, it continued to be one of my favorite songs. Thematically, Rain deals with acceptance of things out of your control and finding clarity.”
