Heavy metal legends Metallica have just announced the M72 World Tour for 2026, bringing two dates in the UK at the London Stadium on July 3 and July 5. The trek will span 9 countries across Europe and the UK next spring and summer for a total of 16 shows, marking a highly anticipated return to the European stage. The band is currently on tour in North America. French metal visionaries Gojira and American hardcore punk band Knocked Loose will be supporting on selected dates.

American duo Twenty One Pilots have just announced a new full length album Breach, out September 2025 via Fueled By Ramen, alongside a brand new song titled ‘The Contract’, set to be unveiled on June 12. American band Sleep Theory have released their debut album, Afterglow, today, May 16, 2025, via Epitaph Records. This marks a significant milestone for the Memphis-based rock band, known for blending alternative metal, hard rock, and nu-metal influences as it is their full-length debut album since their formation in 2019. The album was produced by David Cowell and mixed by Zakk Cervini, renowned for his work with Bring Me The Horizon and Bad Omens.

French progressive metalcore Novelists have released their fifth studio album CODA, out now via ACKOR music, a French record label created by members of Novelists and LANDMVRKS. The new record is the first album featuring Camille Contreras as lead vocalist since former frontman Tobias Rische’s departure in 2023, who himself replaced original vocalist Mattéo Gelsomino in 2021.
